Dafont what is donationware

Last edit on Aug 12, at by metaphasebrothel. But one who is listed under Donationware says this: Note of the author Personal Typography project inspired in Wood texture. Please visit here for more info.

So I was just asking for an explanation on why that was. I never said I was the best at writing, as a matter of fact I hate it but to have you give me a link to punctuation was rude and the reason why I do not write on forums Thank you metaphasebrothel for showing me kindness. I appreciate it very much. Just so you know how well customers react to rudeness, koeiekat, let me assure you that your response is now being widely circulated and the response is overwhelmingly a boycott against your fonts.

Have a lovely day, and learn some manners. Would you like a link to a site for that? Can a manager please delete this thread? It is more them obvious to me that I am not important here as a customer and lover of fonts. I am just an object to be made fun of. I don't appreciate it and would like this thread deleted, or could someone a hell of a lot less abrasive as the idiot above me tell me how to delet it Edited on Aug 14, at by StaciR.

Still, put the license info in the header. Then at least that will stay with the font when other font sites copy your font and redistribute it without any text file that you may have submitted to dafont. TheCrafterian said. As it's been said in other topics, you should always contact the author and check with them. BUT I'm not sure whether or not I need to pay something for using it in my logo.

I read that dontaionware means you can use the font commercially with the option to pay. However, in the fonts comments, the owner says you'd need to pay to use it. I'm willing to pay for this font, no problem, Though, I want to know ahead of time what does dontaionware actually mean legally just in case I want to use other fonts that say this.

I believe the author is very precise when it comes to what he wants. As for the term donationware, you have to make a donation to use it commercially or any use that is no longer private use.
